Software builder. AI and Product leader. Business strategist. From embedded systems to enterprise SaaS — I've built it, scaled it, and driven revenue from it.
I'm a product leader and software builder who has spent a decade at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business strategy. I started writing code — embedded C for hardware systems, Python for machine learning models, SQL for enterprise data platforms — before moving into product leadership, where I could create more leverage by shaping what gets built rather than building it alone.
I've shipped enterprise software across the full stack: from equipment monitoring systems and cloud data pipelines to B2B SaaS platforms and generative AI products. In parallel, I've run the business side — defining go-to-market strategy, closing enterprise accounts, growing consulting revenue, and scaling teams from one person to forty-five. The result is a rare combination: I can speak fluently with engineers about architecture, with executives about strategy, and with customers about value.
Today my focus is on AI-first products, but that focus is grounded in real software craft and hard-won business experience. If you're building something serious — or figuring out how AI fits into your business — let's talk.
"Every time a scientific paper presents a bit of data, it's accompanied by an error bar — a quiet but insistent reminder that no knowledge is complete or perfect.

Designing and launching GenAI products — from RAG pipelines and LLM-driven workflows to user-facing AI experiences that actually get adopted.
Translating technical capabilities into product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, revenue models, and measurable business outcomes — across B2B SaaS, enterprise, and consulting contexts.
Taking AI products from concept to revenue — defining the problem, building the MVP, finding first users, and scaling to enterprise accounts.
Deep experience deploying AI in nuclear energy, insurance, and critical infrastructure — environments where accuracy, compliance, and trust are non-negotiable.
Building the data foundations that make AI possible — pipelines, BI, analytics, and real-time monitoring systems at production scale.
Building full-stack software products — from cloud architecture and data pipelines to SaaS applications and embedded systems — with a track record across Azure, GCP, and custom enterprise stacks.
Leading insurtech AI startup delivering climate and property risk intelligence with AI. Launched ZestyAI's first SaaS GenAI product, achieving significant commercial traction within 4 months.
Built an AI-native product portfolio from the ground up — four 0-to-1 products spanning generative AI, enterprise LLM search, predictive equipment monitoring, and project intelligence. Scaled team from 1 to 45 and ARR from $0 to $9M, establishing NPX as the leading innovation and AI solutions provider in nuclear energy.
Delivered 20+ enterprise software projects and 18 BI & analytics solutions across the energy sector, generating $2.8M in annual savings. Built data pipelines and CI/CD workflows that cut deployment times by 40%.
Performed design engineering for nuclear projects across North America and Romania (avg. $8M/project). Developed automation software that created a new $600K/year revenue stream for the organisation.
Built ML models and statistical systems that saved $3.2M/year in equipment maintenance costs across two energy majors. Developed embedded HMI software for electric propulsion systems at BionX.
I partner with founders, executives, and boards who are serious about going AI-first. I bring the hands-on pattern recognition of someone who has built and scaled AI products in regulated, high-stakes industries — from first principles through to revenue scale.
If you're defining your AI strategy, building your first AI product, or scaling an AI team, I'd like to hear about it.
